BILLING INFORMATION:
The participant will pay DANCELETICS LLC for the subscribed meal plan and exercise program via cash, ACH transfers, or approved credit card. Once the participants subscription plan has been accepted and paid for, there will be no refund should the participant decide to terminate the plan before its termination date.
